Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processors with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical algorithm integration projects
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum control systems
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and lead industry standards
- Manage quantum security protocols for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and interns
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware/software development
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum applications
