Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for commercial deployment
- Lead 20+ person R&D teams in developing next-gen quantum processors
- Partner with Intel, IBM, and academic institutions on quantum cloud infrastructure
- Develop patent-pending quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE and ACM conferences
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Drive adoption of quantum computing in finance and pharmaceuticals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or superconducting qubits
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and NISQ systems
- Security clearance for DoD quantum projects preferred
