Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum processor architectures with >1000 qubit coherence
- Develop quantum error-correction frameworks achieving fault-tolerant operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and materials science
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum encryption standards
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Drive quantum simulation projects for drug discovery and climate modeling
- Author technical whitepapers and patents for quantum computing innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and qubit manipulation techniques
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
