Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise-scale systems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions with 100+ qubit coherence
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-secure blockchain networks
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Optimize quantum algorithms for machine learning and simulation applications
- Conduct threat modeling for quantum attack vectors on legacy systems
- Present quantum security architectures to C-suite executives and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Deep understanding of Shor's, Grover's, and post-quantum cryptographic algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Clearance for government quantum security projects preferred
