Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Strong background in error correction and quantum decoherence mitigation
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum Experience)
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and optimization techniques
