Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for industrial-scale problems
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid system architectures
- Lead quantum circuit optimization for NISQ-era hardware
- Collaborate with security teams on post-quantum cryptographic protocols
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning
- Author whitepapers on quantum advantage benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years developing quantum circuits using Qiskit/Cirq
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface/LDPC)
- Proficiency with GPU-accelerated quantum simulators
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Experience with quantum hardware calibration protocols
