Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Track record of leading $10M+ quantum computing R&D projects
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants for quantum initiatives
