Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Research and implement error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid interfaces
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Present breakthrough findings at international conferences (IEEE, APS)
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing with published research in Nature/Science
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and frameworks
- Proficiency in superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and GPU acceleration
- Track record of leading quantum projects with measurable impact
- Security clearance preferred for government-funded initiatives
