Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with error correction protocols for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-safe cryptography frameworks
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic computing)
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance metrics
- Create patentable quantum computing methodologies for commercial deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced R&D roles
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting systems or photonic quantum processors
- Published research in quantum computing or topological quantum systems
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
