Responsibilities

- Research novel quantum hardware interfaces and control systems
- Collaborate with semiconductor partners to fabricate quantum processors
- Author technical whitepapers and patents for quantum innovations
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced quantum physics principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and laser control systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into hardware prototypes
