Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems using superconducting qubits and topological error correction
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Lead R&D in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Collaborate with security teams to deploy quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Drive quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Familiarity with NIS2 compliance frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
