Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for 2026-scale industrial applications
- Design error correction frameworks supporting 10,000+ qubit stability
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid algorithms
- Research and implement novel quantum materials for qubit scalability
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to solve real-world optimization problems
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum computing systems with proven fault-tolerance implementations
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
