Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms with error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit connectivity and coherence times
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for real-world deployment
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum machine learning and cryptography
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Ensure quantum system security and compliance with emerging regulatory standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction algorithms
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST Quantum-Safe Standards)
