Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop quantum-safe cryptographic protocols for next-gen cybersecurity
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Translate complex quantum phenomena into scalable software solutions
- Drive quantum computing education through internal workshops and industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware integration
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and Python
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (e.g., PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
