Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum error correction frameworks achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Translate quantum algorithms into practical business solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Research emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic computing) for roadmap integration
- Secure $5M+ R&D funding through NSF and DARPA grant applications
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in quantum circuit design or quantum error correction
- Published research in quantum computing with >100 citations
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or trapped ion technologies
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum state optimization
