Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for cryptography, AI, and materials science
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and engineers
- Secure $50M+ in quantum research grants
- Author white papers on quantum-computing breakthroughs
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum defense applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems
