Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical system integration frameworks
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization techniques
- Create quantum simulation models for drug discovery and climate modeling
- Establish industry partnerships for quantum hardware-software co-design
- Present architectural blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development and optimization
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ engineers
- Strong background in cryogenic quantum system design
