Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits with error correction protocols for 2026-era applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and AI model training
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to 2026's computational threats
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles
- Research emerging quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum-resistant cryptography
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface codes, LDPC)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum hardware integration and calibration
- Clearance for government quantum security projects (or ability to obtain)
