Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction techniques to enhance qubit stability and coherence
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum software for proprietary processors
- Lead open-source contributions to quantum computing frameworks like Qiskit and Cirq
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
