Responsibilities

- Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate quantum machine learning models
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum information theory
- Partner with government agencies on post-quantum standardization initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Experience leading technical teams of 8+ researchers
- Clearance for government-contracted quantum security projects
- Patent portfolio in quantum computing or cryptography
