Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for real-world applications in cryptography and AI optimization
- Design and execute fault-tolerant quantum circuit simulations on our proprietary 512-qubit processor
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional teams in quantum principles
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from government and industry partners
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in linear algebra, complex analysis, and statistical mechanics
- Proficiency with high-performance computing environments (HPC, cloud-based quantum simulators)
- Proven track record of translating theoretical concepts into experimental results
