Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum applications for finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Develop error correction protocols to enhance qubit coherence beyond 99.9% fidelity
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to translate theoretical models into practical quantum circuits

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience

- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
