Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum annealing or superconducting systems
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
