Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature Quantum, IEEE Transactions) and present at conferences
- Secure federal and private research grants for 2026 quantum computing roadmap

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
