Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum annealing hardware infrastructure with 10+ qubit coherence
- Develop cryogenic control systems maintaining sub-20mK operating temperatures
- Create fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale deployments
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows for enterprise clients
- Lead integration of quantum systems with 6G telecommunications networks
- Document quantum security architectures for NIST compliance standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years developing quantum computing hardware or cryogenic systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Expertise in superconducting circuit fabrication and characterization
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Active Q# or Python certification from Microsoft/IBM Quantum
