Job Description
Join NeuroSync Labs at the forefront of human-computer symbiosis. We're seeking a Quantum UX Researcher to pioneer next-generation interfaces that will redefine human interaction with AI by 2026. This role merges neuroscience, AI ethics, and immersive design to create empathetic, intuitive systems for our flagship neuro-quantum computing platform.
You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and Silicon Valley visionaries in our downtown San Francisco innovation lab, shaping how humanity interfaces with emerging quantum consciousness technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct neuro-quantum user studies using fNIRS and quantum-entangled feedback loops
- Develop predictive empathy models for AI-human co-creative workflows
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-era interfaces (haptic, neural, AR/VR)
- Establish ethical frameworks for quantum UX decision trees
- Create dynamic user journey maps for multi-dimensional interaction spaces
- Quantify emotional resonance through quantum-entangled biometric analytics
- Present findings to C-suite and academic partners at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience or Human-Computer Interaction (or equivalent research experience)
- Published work in quantum UX or neuro-ergonomics (IEEE ACM SIGCHI preferred)
- Proficiency in quantum-entangled A/B testing methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-era interface prototypes
- Certification in Quantum Ethics from MIT or equivalent
- Experience with neuralink-style device testing protocols
- Fluency in Python, R, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Understanding of multi-dimensional spatial cognition models
