Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate court records, filings, and legal documents using digital systems
- Provide remote customer service to attorneys, litigants, and the public regarding court procedures and case status
- Coordinate in-person and virtual court hearings, including scheduling, documentation, and technical support
- Manage electronic filing systems and ensure compliance with state judicial protocols
- Assist with jury coordination, summons distribution, and juror management processes
- Generate official court orders, transcripts, and administrative reports with precision
- Collaborate with judges, attorneys, and court staff to support efficient judicial operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or paralegal certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in legal administration, court operations, or related field
- Proficiency with court management software (e.g., Odyssey, JusticeTrax) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage complex documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder interactions
- Ability to work independently in remote settings while maintaining accountability
- Knowledge of Arizona court procedures and legal terminology
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional courthouse visits
