Responsibilities

- Remote Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Cleveland-area field agents via email and secure messaging platforms.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately input data into secure government databases and generate weekly reports for management.
- Process Management: Streamline administrative workflows to improve efficiency for government clients.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all remote operations adhere to federal security standards and privacy laws.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical and administrative issues for the remote team promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Public Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role within a government or corporate setting.
- Remote Capability: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government software systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
