Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis or public finance experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., SAS, R, Stata)
- California state government background preferred
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Experience with federal grant management systems
- Strong written communication for policy documents
