Responsibilities
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analyses for federal facilities in the Boston area
- Develop and implement security protocols aligned with federal regulations (FIPS, NIST)
- Monitor security systems and respond to incidents in real-time
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during security emergencies
- Prepare detailed security reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Train personnel on security procedures and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in physical security or law enforcement
- Proficiency in security technologies (CCTV, access control systems)
- Knowledge of federal security regulations (CFR Title 44)
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Strong analytical and communication skills
