Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of security or law enforcement experience
- Proficiency in security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms)
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Strong analytical and communication skills
