Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced security assessments and threat analysis for federal facilities
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for critical incidents
- Collaborate with federal agencies including FBI, TSA, and local law enforcement
- Manage access control systems and surveillance operations
- Lead security training programs for federal personnel
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security recommendations
- Ensure compliance with federal security regulations (FIPS, NIST)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal or high-security environments
- Certification in Physical Security (CPP) or Emergency Management (EMC)
- Expertise in risk assessment methodologies and threat analysis
- Proficient with security software (e.g., Genetec, Milestone)
- Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to 24/7 emergencies
