Responsibilities
- Conduct physical security assessments of federal facilities in Manhattan and surrounding boroughs
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for security incidents
- Collaborate with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies
- Manage access control systems and security personnel
- Prepare detailed security reports and threat assessments
- Conduct vulnerability analyses and recommend mitigation strategies
- Oversee security technology deployments including CCTV and alarm systems
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal/local security experience
- Valid NY State Security Guard license
- Proficiency in security management software (e.g., Genetec, Milestone)
- Strong written communication skills for report preparation
- Experience with emergency response protocols (FEMA/NIMS certification preferred)
