Responsibilities
- Conduct physical security assessments of federal facilities in Nashville metropolitan area
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for security incidents
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and federal agencies on threat intelligence
- Manage access control systems and security personnel scheduling
- Prepare detailed security reports and compliance documentation
- Train staff on security procedures and best practices
- Respond to 24/7 security alerts and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal security or law enforcement
- Proficiency with security technology systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergencies
- FEMA certification in Incident Command System (ICS)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
