Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable 2026-ready AI architectures that integrate quantum-resistant algorithms with deep learning models.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring emerging technologies, including Agentic AI workflows and autonomous system optimization.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering department to ensure long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex futuristic requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing infrastructure for higher throughput and lower latency in edge computing environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with a portfolio demonstrating complex system design.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
