Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Core Engine: Design and implement the mathematical models that simulate realistic urban environments for the year 2026.
- Predictive Analytics: Develop algorithms that forecast traffic patterns, energy grids, and resource allocation five years into the future.
- System Optimization: Ensure simulation performance scales efficiently with increasing data points and user complexity.
- Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and urban planners to visualize complex data into intuitive dashboards.
- Research Integration: Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI, IoT, and robotics to update simulation parameters.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Computational Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in simulation, modeling, or data science roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust; experience with simulation frameworks (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine for data viz, or custom physics engines).
- Problem Solving: Ability to break down complex systemic problems into manageable code components.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
