Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and arrange travel for senior officials
- Prepare and edit sensitive correspondence, reports, and briefing documents
- Oversee administrative budgets and ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations
- Implement and maintain office procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Train and mentor junior administrative staff on federal protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (5 years experience accepted in lieu)
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience with security clearance
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance
