We are seeking a Senior AI Architect to design the foundational models and infrastructure that will power our global ecosystem.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our AI systems are not only powerful but also safe, efficient, and explainable.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and Generative AI models optimized for 2026 infrastructure.
- Lead the design of Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) and autonomous workflows to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Implement rigorous safety and alignment protocols for Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to evaluate and integrate novel AI methodologies and hardware accelerators.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven track record of designing and productionizing LLMs, RAG systems, or Agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, model versioning, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
