Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI systems and infrastructure that align with our 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, Neural Architectures) and define technical standards to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements, reduce latency, and ensure high availability of our AI models in production environments.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading high-impact projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
