Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and deep learning architectures for the 2026 Initiative.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of machine learning models into production environments.
- Establish robust MLOps pipelines, ensuring scalability, monitoring, and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years specifically in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience deploying large-scale ML systems in production.
- Experience with data engineering and data governance best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts.
