Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design end-to-end AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of data with low latency for 2026 standards.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Neuro-symbolic AI) into our core product suite.
- Model Optimization: Implement strategies for model compression and efficient inference on distributed cloud and edge networks.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical roadmap for the 2026 transition.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in real-time environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
