Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and LLM-based agents designed to handle the complexity of 2026 enterprise needs.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Drive the adoption of emerging AI paradigms, including multi-agent workflows and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine model architectures to improve inference speed, reduce latency, and minimize operational costs.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure data privacy and mitigate AI-specific risks (e.g., adversarial attacks, hallucinations).
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Frameworks: Expert-level knowledge of Transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM fine-tuning.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges in high-scale distributed environments.
