Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for the 2026 core platform.
- Lead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
- Optimize inference latency and model accuracy across distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system design.
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative AI architectures.
- Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
