Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI/ML systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of generative AI models into existing enterprise workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and data security compliance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to propose innovative features and technical improvements.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database management.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
