Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of high-performance AI models tailored for the 2026 market landscape, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant neural architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing cloud ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex AI concepts into robust technical solutions.
- Define best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment in futuristic applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects from conception to delivery.
