Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architectural design and implementation of next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Oversee the integration of quantum computing principles into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Establish and enforce robust data governance, security, and ethical AI compliance standards.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers in optimizing model inference speeds.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms that solve unsolved problems in natural language processing and computer vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with proven experience in distributed systems.
- Extensive knowledge of neural network architectures, transformers, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
