Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Research and prototype novel deep learning algorithms and large language models (LLMs).
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines for high performance and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into product features.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance in all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and model fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
