Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines designed for 2026 performance standards.
- Lead the integration of generative AI models into core product ecosystems.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for AI infrastructure growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all platforms.
- Optimize model inference times and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Extensive experience designing microservices and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
