Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for building autonomous agents and advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) capable of complex reasoning and execution.
- System Architecture: Design and implement resilient, distributed AI infrastructure that supports millions of concurrent requests with zero latency.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of proprietary models, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and ethical AI governance.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with top-tier researchers to prototype cutting-edge technologies, such as Quantum Machine Learning and Neural Symbolic AI.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product and business leadership to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, market-ready products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++. Strong understanding of distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep knowledge of LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning. Experience with Model Serving (vLLM, TGI) is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to deployment.
