Role Overview
As the Senior AI Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment. You will lead a team of data scientists and engineers to build robust, efficient, and scalable AI systems ready for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable AI system architectures, focusing on microservices, cloud-native solutions, and edge computing deployment.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of advanced Machine Learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to optimize inference speeds and reduce computational costs using techniques like quantization and model distillation.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with product leaders to define the AI technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in automated decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with major frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a focus on GPU clusters and Kubernetes orchestration.
- System Design: Proven experience in designing high-throughput, low-latency systems handling petabytes of data.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
